We got our beautiful new family addition from Charlotte dog club! They were so nice, attentive, and communication went very well. Most important I can say The puppy is healthy and she seemed happy when arrived in my home. I flew to Charlotte (I could have had her sent but thought it was easier) and they brought Dotty to the airport to me. It was awesome! I totally recommend them.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Charlotte Dog Club. We have an 8 year old mixed pup and two little boys so we were really picky in the puppy we chose. We loved how responsive and accommodating they were and we loved the ease of the whole experience. We purchased a mini golden doodle and he is absolutely perfect. We let our 3 year old name him and so his new name is Chicken. 😆 He is so smart, sweet, and he fits in perfectly with our family and our other dog. We are so thankful we chose Charlotte Dog Club and we couldn’t be happier for our sweet Chicken. ❤

Wow! There are no words to describe this amazing experience. From the moment we “reserved” our little Mia until this moment the staff has been outstanding. They contact you with details of your adoption including a scheduled appointment for pick-up that is not only on time but at a beautiful facility outside Troutman. You get to spend as much time as you need with your new baby – who is exactly as photo’d. They answer ALL your questions, give you printed instructions for the first two weeks, and then, as if that’s not enough, they call you after your first night and check-in! Our Mia is perfect🐶 and we know if we have any questions we will have Charlotte Dog Club to rely on to help us out. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for making this an awesome experience and giving us our new fur baby.

Extremely impressed with the Charlotte Dog Club! From the process of reserving online to driving 3 hours to pick up our sweet puppy was very smooth. The facilities are top notch and extremely clean. Their thoughtfulness for their clients shows. Our mini bernedoodle “Everest” is the perfect match for our family and we are so excited we found her! Her love for shoes fits in well In our household 😉 We have already spread your name around to friends looking for their own furry friends! Thanks again for such a smooth process.
